Shipping

All orders are shipped within 1–4 days of completion. For orders placed within Australia, delivery usually takes 1–5 business days from courier pickup depending on delivery location, while international orders typically take 1–2 weeks. Temperature sensitive items (e.g., mRNA) are shipped with dry ice to keep them as cold as possible.

We charge a flat rate of $50 AUD for shipping within Australia. For international orders, the shipping fee varies by location and will be advised at the time of placing an order.
