Base Editing mRNA

from A$774.00

Available as mRNA-LNP

(To pay with a purchase order, please send your purchase order to sales@messenger.bio.)

Base Editing has evolved in recent years, and we offer different mRNA options depending on your research needs. These base editors enable precise single-nucleotide changes in DNA without causing double-strand breaks. With multiple editors available, this product is ideal for correcting genetic mutations, advancing gene therapy research, and exploring genetic variants in functional studies. We offer ABE8 and BE4max variants.

Our Base Editing mRNA incorporates a Cap1 structure (biologically superior to Cap0), a highly expressing 5’ UTR, a highly stable 3’ UTR, a 100-nt poly(A) tail, and a codon-optimized open reading frame. Choose from unmodified or modified (N1-methylpseudouridine or 5-methoxyuridine) bases. Both types of modified bases have been shown to enhance protein expression in vitro and in vivo.

Our robust purification process eliminates dsRNA contaminants and other reaction components, resulting in highly pure mRNA capable of inducing very high protein expression levels in diverse cell types, while causing almost no innate immune activation.

Like all our mRNA, our Base Editing mRNA comes in a ready-to-use 1 mM sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.5). This buffer ensures optimal RNA stability and shelf-life. Simply complex with your preferred transfection reagent and you’re ready to go. Alternatively, speak to us about our ready-to-transfect mRNA-LNP formulations.

We understand that every research project is unique. If you need help with mRNA design/production or require a different mRNA quantity, a specific type of modified base, or further information about our Base Editing mRNA, send us an email at hello@messenger.bio and we’ll be happy to help.
