Need pure mRNA but want to DIY? Messenger Bio's Embark™️ mRNA Purification Kit is designed for rapid and reliable purification of mRNA after in vitro transcription. The Embark™️ kit enables removal of all major reaction contaminants, including dsRNA contaminants which almost all other kits fail to remove.
Each kit comes with:
8 M Lithium Chloride for isolating mRNA after transcription
25, 50 or 100 pre-prepared purification columns
mRNA Purification Buffer
3 M Sodium Acetate (pH 5.2–5.5) for isolating mRNA after purification (you will need to supply your own isopropanol)
1 mM Citrate Buffer (pH 6.5) for resuspension of mRNA after isolation
