I wanted to share a brief update and express my appreciation. Over the years, as a PhD candidate, I used the Embark™ mRNA Purification Kit for dsRNA removal, and it was pivotal to the success of my project.

Our paper, now available as an early access version in Nature Communications, is online here: https://www.nature.com/articles/s41467-026-74574-z. We have also mentioned the Embark™ mRNA Purification Kit in the Methods section.

The ability to remove dsRNA contaminants was especially important for our work because we were evaluating an mRNA-based therapy designed to induce a specific immune response against pancreatic cancer. In that context, minimizing nonspecific immune activation from dsRNA contaminants was critical to accurately interpreting our preclinical results.

With this successful preclinical proof of concept, we are now working to advance the therapy to the next stage through our company, ImmunoScript. As we move forward, I look forward to staying in touch with Messenger Bio and continuing to use products such as the Embark™ kit as the need arises.
